One Line Bio: A pilgrim band of missional leadership guides who catalyze students, and those that serve them, for the future of humanity. The Ember Cast is a group of friends that are passionate about investing in students and the people that work with them to see the world impacted. We are a group of talented, passionate and experienced guides that mentor, connect, resource and inspire the next generation in the areas of global missions, world cultures, leadership development all in the context of a pluralistic, globally connected, technology-centric future. We exist to help students make fire. Tony Sheng is the principal catalyst behind The Ember Cast, bringing over 20 years of student ministry and missions experience. Most recently, he served for five years as the coordinator for student missions for a church outside of Baltimore, MD, USA. Along with Tony, The Ember Cast utilizes a talented and dedicated team of logistics arrangers, cross-cultural learners and futuristic developers - all with the goal of casting out the innate and primal sparks that exist in your students. We come alongside you to unleash your students to rescue humanity in a future that is pluralistic, multi-cultural, globally-connected and waiting for redemption. Structure not program.
